At Nishikigoi, he oversees the overall planning and strategic layout of investment projects, striving to foster harmonious and symbiotic development between investors and investees. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney, underscoring his strong academic foundation in finance and investment.

Mr. Lyu is a distinguished financial professional with a proven track record in investment management and strategic research. He excelled as a research analyst, fund manager, and secretary of the investment committee, mastering the full investment process from asset allocation and portfolio construction to rigorous fundamental analysis. In his committee role, he played a pivotal part in institutional decision-making and evaluating deal flow. His broad experience across domestic and international markets provides a global perspective on capital markets, enabling superior risk-adjusted returns. Mr. Lyu holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA Charterholder.

Ni Ming co-founded Mathalpha as a joint founder and demonstrated exceptional operational leadership by successfully guiding the company through its Nasdaq listing in 2021. His proven expertise in corporate operations extends to prior roles at Huarong International Financial Group and 36Kr, where he honed skills in strategic execution and business scaling. Additionally, as co-founder and senior management member of Allpro Asset Management - a Hong Kong asset management firm licensed under Type 9 - he continues to drive operational excellence in fund management and regulatory compliance.
